  1. Client clicks Contact link and fills in form
    1. Mortgage Agent is sent an e-mail advising of form entry
    2. Client is e-mailed the Five Secrets Report
  2. Salesforce records for Contact, Mortgage, Task and Lead Event are created for review and lead handling
